Disadvantaged students often face various barriers to achieving their fullest potential, such as self-limiting mindsets and unequal access to social networks. Recognising this, Access works with global and local companies to design early intervention programmes that aim to empower students facing financial, social, and/or academic challenges to explore different career paths and build the confidence to pursue their professional goals.
Over the past 7 years, we have impacted over 4,000 students from nearly 35 schools. Our corporate network has expanded to over 40 organisations that cut across a range of sectors legal, finance, retail, media, real estate, travel, technology and public service sectors, amongst others.
Funds raised under this campaign will primarily be channelled to our students and programmes, which are developed alongside schools and corporate partners and tailored to the students’ needs and interests. Your donation will also help support our day-to-day work, so we can invest more in our operations, and open more doors to opportunities for those who need it most.

As we expand our impact to reach more schools and deepen our advocacy for social mobility across Singapore, every contribution helps us build a future where every young person can dream bigger and reach further.
